Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the 96bd website accessible at https://96bd.io, including all associated sub-pages, services, games, and betting markets made available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the 96bd Platform, through which the Player accesses games, deposits funds, places wagers, and manages their gaming activity.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and is aged 21 years or older.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds currently held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, welcome bonus amounts, reload bonuses, or any other incentive credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum aggregate wager amount that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the 96bd Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity described in Section 7 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by 96bd before processing withdrawals or upon the Platform's request at any point during a Player's use of the service.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 96bd Platform is restricted to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 96bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter handled in accordance with applicable law.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 96bd Platform is intended for use by individuals accessing the service from Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. 96bd makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside of those it specifically serves.

2.3 Registration Process

To open an Account on 96bd, you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly, providing your true legal name, a valid mobile number, and a date of birth that correctly reflects your actual age. You must not register using another person's identity, a fictitious identity, or any details that you do not have lawful authority to use.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active Account on the 96bd Platform at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether by the same individual using different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Accounts found to be in violation of the one-account policy will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 96bd Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

In the event that you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your 96bd Account, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately. 96bd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

96bd may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Such documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (national ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 96bd may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details change, you must update them promptly via your Account settings or by contacting support. 96bd will not be responsible for failed communications, missed notifications, or delayed verifications resulting from outdated Account information.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

96bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected local bank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 96bd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the respective transaction pages within your 96bd Account. These amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Players should review the current minimum thresholds in their Account dashboard prior to initiating any transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full: (a) your Account KYC verification is complete; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current Balance have been met; (c) no pending investigation, security review, or compliance check is active on your Account; and (d) the withdrawal amount does not exceed any applicable single-transaction limit.

4.4 Deposit Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for the accuracy of deposit instructions they submit. 96bd cannot reverse deposits made to incorrect account numbers or mobile wallet numbers. In cases of deposit error, Players should contact support as soon as possible, though recovery of misdirected funds cannot be guaranteed.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

96bd maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — whether incoming or outgoing — are not accepted. 96bd reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for any deposit it deems necessary to review, and to suspend or close Accounts where satisfactory documentation is not provided.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive offers made available on 96bd are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the point of the offer. Where there is any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full, Bonus Funds and associated winnings cannot be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible game contributions, minimum odds requirements, and time limits applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

96bd actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, systematic exploitation of welcome offers across multiple accounts, and structured wagering patterns that exploit specific game contribution rates. Where bonus abuse is identified, 96bd reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.

5.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player

Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

96bd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced where live markets have been suspended, bets placed where system errors have resulted in incorrect odds being displayed, and bets that fall outside specified stake limits.

6.2 Bet Settlement

All cricket, sports, and live casino bets are settled in accordance with the specific rules published for each market or game type. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the Platform's records of bet placement, odds accepted, and event outcome shall be treated as definitive. Any settlement error identified by 96bd — whether in the Player's favour or against — may be corrected upon discovery.

6.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided by 96bd in circumstances including: abandonment or postponement of the relevant event, settlement based on erroneous information later corrected, technical failure affecting the integrity of the game, or evidence of collusion between participants in the relevant event. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account.

6.4 Game Fairness

All slot games, live casino games, and RNG table games available on the 96bd Platform use certified random number generation systems audited by independent testing laboratories. 96bd does not manipulate game outcomes and does not alter return-to-player rates for individual accounts. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 96bd Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, match fixing, or insider wagering using non-public information.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without their consent, or facilitating such access.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after the deposited funds have been wagered, whether fully or in part.
• Using the Platform to solicit, market, or promote any third-party service, product, or website without prior written consent from 96bd.

Limitation of Liability

• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or balance calculations that are subsequently corrected by 96bd.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Changes to or discontinuation of any game, betting market, promotion, or service offered on the Platform.
• Any decision by 96bd to suspend, restrict, or close your Account in accordance with these Terms.

96bd does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Privacy & Data

96bd collects, stores, and processes personal data provided during registration and during your use of the Platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect it.

Termination

12.1 Termination by 96bd

96bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player's Account activity poses a risk to the integrity, security, or financial stability of the Platform; (c) the Player has provided false information; or (d) continued operation of the Account would expose 96bd to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

12.2 Termination by Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure — whether initiated by 96bd or the Player — all outstanding Bonus Funds and unmet wagering requirements are immediately forfeited. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 10, and 14 — shall continue in effect following Account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

96bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
